Return Policy

FindPetStuff.com Return Policy

We accept returns for refund or exchange for items which are defective or damaged upon receipt.  In all other cases, all orders are “all sales final” transactions.  Damaged or defective item returns will be reviewed on a case by case basis.  We may offer full or partial refunds for instances such as this, or a replacement with the same product.

To be eligible for a return or exchange on a defective or damaged item, you must contact Customer Service within 30 days of receipt of your order by email at support@FindPetStuff.com for return instructions and approval.  You may be asked to provide a picture of the damaged item.

You will waive your right to return for any reason if you do not receive our approval in advance of sending your return.

Approved returned items must be in “new” and “pristine” condition, with all original components and packaging included.

All final determinations as to condition of any returned product will be made by FindPetStuff.com. 

We reserve the right to deny a refund for any returned item which is deemed to be substandard to the above guidelines.

Customers will be responsible for the full return shipping costs of any returned item.

Once you have sent back your approved return product, please kindly notify Customer Service by email at support@FindPetStuff.com to let us know that your item is in transit and to provide tracking if available.

Full or partial refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of FindPetStuff.com within 14 business days of receipt of the returned product.  Replacement orders will process once the return has been received and fully processed.
